Suggestions: fruits and vegetables (such as: Apples, applesauce, bananas, peaches, plums, strawberries, cherries, grapes, melon balls, raisins, celery and carrot sticks with dip,  cucumbers, cherry tomatoes), raisin bread, banana bread, zucchini bread, corn muffins, pizza bagels, bagels, granola bars, graham crackers, trail mix, pretzels, gold fish, finger sandwiches (cream cheese, jam, etc), cheese sticks, go-gurt

Beverages:  milk, water, 100% juice

This is a mid-morning snack so please no sweets unless it is a birthday.  When sending in cupcakes, use the smaller size as the children tend to throw a lot away.  .
